23 Weeks – February to July 2023
• Full strip out and extensive refurbishment of existing ground floor office suite. All new electrical, data, audio/visual, energy efficient LED lighting with independent management control, fire/intruder and full HVAC systems installed. New offices formed with Ocula double glazed partitioning systems c/w full height doors and client designed manifestations, new staff breakout area, boardroom, auditorium, toilets, open plan hot desking area and main reception areas formed.
• New staff male, female and assisted toilets installed c/w Interplan cubicle and vanity systems installed. All new sanitaryware installed.
• All areas fully decorated throughout in client chosen colours and auditorium wall mural installed.
